BELMONT, NY — Because the Allegany County court system is on hiatus as a precaution to the spread of COVID-19, the grand jury review of the case of William Larson Jr. has been postponed indefinitely.

The 17-year-old Clarksville resident had been indicted by the grand jury on Feb. 5 on two counts of second-degree murder, third-degree arson and tampering with evidence and two counts of concealing the bodies of his parents, William Larson, 67, and his mother Lisa Larson, 50.

The review had been scheduled for Tuesday.
