State Police Arrest Olean Woman in Carrollton on DWI and Drug Charges

May 27, 2020

CARROLLTON, NY — State Police arrested an Olean woman on DWI and drug possession charges Friday.

Kasandra J. Clark, 31, was arrested during a traffic stop on Hillside Drive. Police said she failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene and had hydrocodone in her possession.

Clark was released with June appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court.

Three Women Arrested on Drug Charges in Olean

OLEAN, NY – Three women were arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Front Street on Monday. State Police said all three women were in possession of methamphetamine.

Police Charge Olean Man with Walmart Larceny

ALLEGANY, NY — Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Officers arrested an Olean man on a larceny charge Tuesday.

Police said Jack E. Denning, 58, allegedly walked out of Walmart Supercenter with $107.73 in merchandise.

Denning was released on appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Allegany Court at a later date.

OLEAN, NY — State Police arrested an Olean woman on a drug charge Wednesday after investigating a suspicious vehicle on West Riverside Drive.

Jessica R. Clark, 38, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said they found Clark in possession of methamphetamine.

HINSDALE, NY — State Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on a drug charge in Hinsdale on Sunday.

The police said that during a traffic stop on Interstate 86, they discovered Jonathan J.Johnson, 32, of Bradford had methamphetamine. They charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Olean Man Arrested in Allegany on Drug Charge

ALLEGANY, NY — State police arrested an Olean man on a drug charge during a traffic stop on Route 417 on May 14.

Michael J. Hoffman, 28, was charged with for criminal possession of a controlled substance and released with a June appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court.

State police said they found Hoffman with fentanyl during the traffic stop.

ALLEGANY, NY  New York State Police arrested an Allegany man on drug and larceny charges on April 30.

Shaun D. Costa, 36, was stopped on Maple Avenue and was arrested after failing a standardized field test, police said.
