ALLEGANY, NY — The Allegany Fire Department plans to sponsor its annual Old Home Week Carnival June 23 to 27 in Fireman’s Park on North First Street.

In a Facebook posting, the department said it is optimistic the event can still occur.

This year, admission will be done by wristband and the advance price is $20. Wristband holders will have  access to any mechanical ride on any day of the carnival but not to the maze or the bungee attractions.
