ALLEGANY, NY – Police arrested four people on drug charges Thursday after finding 36 grams of crack cocaine at a home in the Village of Allegany.
Scott R. Hirliman, 47, and Angela M. Rogers, 29, both of Allegany, and Telina L. Swindle, 22, and Keandre R. Woodard, 25, both of Buffalo, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony.
The arrests were the result of a joint investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office Special Response Team, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, the Olean Police Street Crimes Unit, New York State Police and Allegany police executed a search warrant at the home at 67 N. 3rd St. shortly after midnight Thursday.
According to the Sheriff's Office, police found scales and packaging used in the distribution of narcotics along with the crack cocaine.
