OLEAN, NY — State Police arrested an Olean man Thursday and charged him with two counts of burglary.
According to police, state troopers investigating two shoplifting complaints at Walmart in Allegany determined that Caleb M. Neely, 30, had stolen merchandise valued at $760.39.
Neely was charged with burglary because he had been banned from the premises for previous shoplifting incidents, police said.
He was arraigned in Allegany Town Court, where he is due to reappear at a later date.
