Another former St. Bonaventure University basketball player is on the move in international competition.
Charlon Kloof, who played three seasons with the Bonnies, has signed a contract with the Turkish team OGM Ormanspor of Basketbol Süper Ligi.
Kloof has been playing internationally since 2014 with teams in Spain, Greece and Turkey. He spent last season with UCAM Murcia in Spain.
As a guard at St. Bonaventure, Kloof started in 33 games during the 2013-14 season, his senior year at the university. He is from Paramaribo, Suriname.
Kloof is one three former Bonnies making off-season moves in international competition.
Earlier this month, former St. Bonaventure forward LaDarien Griffin signed a contract with the Norrköping Dolphins, a professional basketball team in Sweden. Griffin finished his college career this year.
Matt Mobley, a guard who played with the Bonnies during the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons, signed with Élan Béarnais, a professional club in France in June. Mobley played for the Belgian team Spirou last season.
