Atlantic Street Park to screen movie ‘Wonder’ Outdoors for Free, Thursday

HACKENSACK, NJ -- The Hackensack Department of Cultural Arts begins its “Movies Under the Stars” series on Thursday, June 28 with box-office hit “Wonder” starring Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson. 

Released theatrically last November, the film centers on a child dealing with Treacher Collins syndrome, played by Oscar nominee Jacob Tremblay.

Admission is free and attendees are invited to bring a blanket or lawn chair. The film runs from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Upcoming “Movies Under the Stars” include “Coco” on July 26 and “Black Panther” on Aug. 30. 

The park is located at 102 State St. in Hackensack.
