HACKENSACK, NJ -- The Hackensack Performing Arts Center is continuing to expand its programs beyond choreographed musical and theatrical performances, and expanding event dates beyond just the weekend. “Linkage: 2 Degrees of Separation” is coming to HACPAC this Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m., followed on Friday by Drag Bingo Night from 8 to 10 p.m.

"Linkage" is a free art gallery exhibiting the work of artists with roots in Hackensack. Some live here, others work in town, and some stay connected and visit for a variety of reasons. Regardless of why, each artist has a bond to Hackensack in one way or another. According to HACPAC's website "What they each possess in common is a love for the city and a zest to share their art with its citizens. Like Hackensack, the show and its artists contribute a diversity of styles, techniques and genres."

Artists include: Marybeth Berndt, Larry Bitkower, Lisa D’Amico, Bill Giarratana, David Kleiner, Sonya Kypreos, Joe Lamattina, Greg Lucente, Rachel Moses, Ruth Neustadter, Aviva Sakolsky, Carlos Sierra and Ramon Sierra.

Tickets to Friday night's Drag Queen Bingo are $20 and available at hacpac.org. Doors open at 7 p.m. and extra boards and dabbers will be on sale at 7:30 p.m. A concession stand will also be open during the event. The event is hosted by Charming Ultra and Terry Hyman.
