HACKENSACK, N.J. — YWCA Northern New Jersey will host its 2020 Women’s Leadership Conference—ENERGIZE. ENGAGE. INSPIRE on March 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Community Center, 605 Pascack Road, Washington Township.
Dynamic leaders will share key strategies on how to deepen your purpose, refine your presence, and harness the collective power of diverse perspectives and collaborative relationships. The conference kicks off with a keynote address that focuses on “The Power of Friendship” and how it can enhance your personal and professional life. Our afternoon “Power Panel” introduces community influencers that will engage attendees in an informal discussion on the importance of developing a personal “board of directors.”
Led by YWCA CEO Helen Archontou our Keynote Speakers include Shavonda Sumter, Assemblywoman and Shirell Gross, Esq., Founder and President of Measure of Ambition LLC. Workshop presenters include, Christine Jastzabski, Project Manager, Benjamin Moore, Kathryn Lancioni, Founder & CEO of Presenting Perfection, LLC. & Professor of Communication at Seton Hall University and Lauren Venekas, Senior Director, Field Marketing, Stryker.
