Hackensack Public Schools to Host COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Students

HACKENSACK, NJ - Hackensack Public Schools will be hosting a free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for children ages five and older to receive their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. 

The clinic will be taking place on November 23 at Jackson Avenue Elementary School and November 30 at Fairmount Elementary School. Both vaccine events will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

COVID-19 Updates: City of Hackensack to Host Vaccine Booster Clinic on December 8

HACKENSACK, NJ - The City of Hackensack’s Health Department will be hosting a COVID-19 Booster Clinic for those who received the Moderna vaccine on December 8. 

The booster clinic will be held at the Civic Center, located at 215 State Street, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

At this time, booster shots will only be given to those who completed their first two doses of the vaccine.

Missing Nutley Teen Morgan Panzer Found Safe

NUTLEY, NJ - Missing teen Morgan Panzer has been located and is safe according to the Nutley Police Department.

Panzer was reported missing at approximately 11 a.m. on Wed. Dec. 1, 2021. She was in Paramus at the time attending classes at Bergen County College. 

Panzer is a Nutley High School Class of 2021 graduate.

Activists Call on Bergen County to Fund the Arts

HACKENSACK, NJ - Activists from the Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF)’s ArtsBergen initiative are calling on county officials to allocate five percent of funding from the American Rescue Plan towards the arts. 

NNJCF will be hosting a networking event called Connect the Dots to encourage participants to rally for the five percent funding on December 8 from 6:00 p.m.
