HACKENSACK, N.J. — The Mayor and Council of the City of Hackensack remind residents that there will be an Electronic Public Meeting, today Monday, April 20, held in lieu of the regular in-person Public Meeting previously advertised for 8 p.m. on the same date.

The Electronic Public Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. today, Monday, April 20, via the Zoom online meeting platform. The Committee of the Whole meeting “COW” scheduled for 6 p.m. is canceled; there will be no executive session.

The Zoom online meeting can be accessed using the following Internet link:

Residents can also access the meeting by entering Zoom meeting ID number 626 524 530. The meeting password is 702378.

The meeting can also be accessed by telephone by dialing 1-646-558-8656 1-646-558-8656 and entering the meeting ID number of 626 524 530 and the meeting password of 702378.
Agenda items for the meeting are to be listed in advance on the City’s website, hackensack.org. 
City Hall is not open to the public for the meeting.

All members of the public will be given the opportunity to participate and comment in the meeting. Residents may observe and participate in the conference by using the “Zoom” online meeting platform. The Mayor and City Council are also accepting emailed public comments in advance of the meeting for those individuals who are unable to participate electronically. The comments are to be read into the record by the City Clerk. The regular three minute limit for comments applies for any comments submitted.
