ROBBINSVILLE, NJ --  The Robbinsville Office of Emergency Management (OEM) issued a Tropical Storm Warning, Flash Flood and Tornado Watch for the surrounding areas in anticipation of the arrival of Tropical Storm Isaias. The warning and watch will be in effect until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.

The OEM also noted that strong winds between 40 mph and 50 mph with gusts up to 65 mph are expected and may cause power outages, according to the agency. 

Similarly, a statewide State of Emergency has been declared by Governor Murphy.

"If you must drive, take it slow, use caution and leave extra time to get to your destination", said the Governor in a tweet Monday evening. "Do not be on the roads unless absolutely necessary,"

All State offices will be closed on Tuesday and only essential employees should report to work.
