ROBBINSVILLE, NJ --  The Robbinsville Township Council announced plans to give the former USA Country Diner on Route 130 a new lease on life.  After more than 10 years of sitting vacant and in disrepair, the diner will be rebuilt and revamped in to a new eatery.

Extensive details of the place were not discussed at the council meeting regarding the agreement between developer Akal Estates, LLC and the Township.  The process to gain approval from the municipality began in April of 2018.

Councilmember Chris Ciaccio, herself the owner of a business along Route 130 corridor, commented that she wanted to be part of redeveloping the area in order to bring additional business to the town.
