HAMILTON, NJ -- A Hamilton-based nail salon was again cited for violating Governor Phil Murphy's executive order which closed such retail establishments.
According to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office, Hamilton police were detailed to Diamond Nail Salon located at 2200 South Broad Street in Hamilton, shortly after 1 p.m. on Monday. At the salon, officers reported finding that owner was servicing customers and was issued a summons for violating the governor’s executive order.
The owner, Thong Quoc Tran, 44, of Fairless Hills, PA, had been previously cited for the same activity at the same salon on April 11.
Both violations are disorderly persons offenses.
