"We are happy to be back at our home," said John Scarpati, founder and president of the festival. "We have worked with the Mercer County Park Commission over many years to get the festival grounds to where they are today. We are thrilled to be, once again, working with the Park Commission to bring our great festival to the citizens of Mercer County."

Once again the festival will include more than 20 family amusement rides; entertainment provided by Italian folk dancers, big band and italian music favorites. Visitors also will be able to stroll through the Italian Market Tent where there will be more than 60 offerings of Italian-American's handcrafted products.

To highlight culture and heritage, the Italian Heritage Pavilion will exhibit more than 200 displays by famous Italian-Americans from across the country and will host guest speakers and cooking demonstrations.

Food and beverage options including a wine and beer garden also will be open for refreshments.  There also will be tournaments and an opportunity for everyone to enjoy Italy's number one game -- Bocce.  Finally, guests will enjoy a Fireworks Spectacular on Saturday night.
