HAMILTON, NJ -- The in-store pharmacies at 39 Shoprite grocery stores will soon be providing COVID-19 (coronavirus) vaccines. The vaccines are provided through ShopRite stores partnered with the state of New Jersey, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).   

The CDC has established a phased approach to the vaccine’s distribution, focusing on those individuals at highest risk of exposure. Currently, in phase one, the program focuses on vaccinating individuals working in the healthcare profession are prioritized to receive the vaccine.

The Shoprite located in Hamilton Marketplace 130 Marketplace is one of two Mercer County sites where the pharmacy is vaccinated residents. Those wishing to receive a vaccine should schedule an appointment HERE or download the Shoprite app.
