HAMILTON, NJ -- The Hamilton Township Police Department issued a missing persons alert on Wednesday afternoon in their effort to located a missing teenager.  William Matthews, 14, was reported missing after last being seen in the City of Trenton when he was dropped off at 500 Perry Street.

According to the bulletin he was dropped for, but did not report to, school. 

Matthews is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall wighing about 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.  He was last seen wearing a pink wave cap, white sweater, black jeans and low top with white and gold-colored Air Jordan sneakers on.

Matthews is known to sometimes stay with his uncle who lives in the Donnelly Homes located at 899 Southard Street near the Trenton and Hamilton border and is frequently seen in that area.

Anyone with information about this missing juvenile or his whearabouts are asked to contact the Hamilton Police Department at (609) 689-5824 or the Hamilton Police Crime Tip Hotline at (609) 581-4008.
