HAMILTON, NJ --  A Pennsylvania man was arrested Tuesday morning when Hamilton Township Police responded to a call at the abandoned Banzai Restaurant on Quakerbridge Road in Hamilton. The call, according to a report, was made by a property management employee who found that the locks to the building had been changed and were locked from the inside.  

Upon gaining access to the building, police officers found a male lying on an air mattress in the former fining room. The man identified as Justin Wood, 43, Downingtown, Pennsylvania told officer that he was homeless and changed the locks to the building.  

Officers allegedly located clothing, weights, tools, generators, electronics and coolers that we unopened still with security tags on them.  Wood allegedly could not provide officers with receipts for the goods or identify where they came from, leading to charges of burglary, criminal mischief, and receiving stolen property.
