HAMILTON, NJ -- The Hamilton Township Police Department issued a missing persons alert Monday morning for a juvenile female who was last seen at home on Friday, January 3 and reported missing the next day.   

When leaving the home, she reportedly indicated that she was going to the Ewing-based social service agency, Homefront.   Carter is believed to frequent the Kingsbury Square section of the City of Trenton and the Trenton Commons near the Mercer County Community College campus.

The Hamilton Police bulletin indicated that she is an "habitual runaway."  TAPinto Hamilton/Robbinsville reported her missing subsequently located safely three months ago.

Carter is described as a 17-year old black female, 5’05, 130 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.   She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and white and black Nike sneakers.
