HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – A driver experiencing a medical emergency while at the Hamilton Marketplace shopping plaza during a busy afternoon led to a multi-car accident according to the Hamilton Police Division (HPD).  On Saturday, at just about 3:00 pm, HPD responded to a "call with entrapment" in front of the Party City store.

HPD said the driver, identified as Ernest Seubery, 91, of Monroe Township, was driving his 2005 Nissan Altima when he suffered a serious medical episode.  As a result, his car careened into a snowbank and caused a four-car accident.

Members of the Hamilton Fire Department (HFD)'s Engine 19 arrived quickly on the scene where they immediately stabilized the car in order to get Seubert and his passenger safely out of it.  HFD members also provided emergency medical care until the ambulance arrived.
