ROBBINSVILLE, NJ -- To keep an open line of communication between community residents and law enforcement, Robbinsville Police Chief Chris Nitti and members of the department held "Coffee with a Cop" at the Robbinsville Senior Center on Wednesday.
Events like these are believed to help "bridge the gap between the community and cops."
Sergeant Scott Kivet and K-9 Quori also were on hand and demonstrated how they work to "sniff-out" drugs including opioids. Quori began his training at just eight weeks old. His mother works at the University of Pennsylvania hospital to identify the "scent" of ovarian cancer in women.
