HACKENSACK, NJ - The Bergen County Clerk’s Office has certified the November election results for Hasbrouck Heights, Wood-Ridge and Bergen County.   The figures below include mail-in votes, provisional ballots, and those that were allowed to be done on voting machines on election day due to special status.  

Hasbrouck Heights Democratic incumbent Councilman Chris Hillmann was the top vote getter in the race for two open Council spots.  Republican Michael Sickels captured the second spot in a tight race, edging Democrat Adam Mucci by 31 votes.  Sickels will be taking the spot of retiring Republican Councilman Justin DiPisa.

In the Hasbrouck Heights School Board race, Kevin Mullins and Lisa Krommenhoek earned seats as newcomers to the board, while Jillian Ferdinand retained her seat on the board.

In Wood-Ridge Borough Council race, incumbent Democrats Philip Romero and Dominick Azzolini each retain the spots, beating Forrest Elliot Jr.

In the Wood-Ridge Board of Education vote, Dylan O’Byrne defeated incumbent Patrick Ambrosio for a seat on the Board.
