HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ –  Mayor Jack DeLorenzo and the Hasbrouck Heights Council approved the promotion of three officers to sergeant at its meeting Tuesday evening.  The promotions of Patrolman John Behr, Detective James Loos and Patrolman Dominick D’Amico will take effect immediately. They will be formally sworn-in at the August 22 Council meeting.

Loos is a 22-year veteran of the Hasbrouck Heights police force, having joined in 1995.  Behr joined the Hasbrouck Heights force in 2006, transferring from the Rochelle Park Police Department.  D’Amico joined in 2010, having transferred over from the United States Customs Police Department.
