HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ --  It was a red carpet affair as Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights celebrated with its grand re-opening and re-dedication with a ribbon cutting along with long-time owners the Kundert family, Mayor, employees, members of the Chamber of Commerce, friends and customers on Thursday evening.

Hasbrouck Heights Mayor Jack DeLorenzo joined Bill Kundert, Sr. his children, Bill Kundert, Jr., Erin Kundert, and Keri Kundert, along with Eric Miller from Volvo Corporate for the official ribbon-cutting.

The dealership completed the two-year renovation project, during which time it remained open for business. The project was started in mid- 2017. According to Bil Kundert Sr., they faced a few challenges including a high water table, plus the involvement of the county, as the dealership sits along a busy corridor of Route 17 South. Some of the upgrades include bamboo flooring and a kids play room.
