HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ -- The Hasbrouck Heights Board of Health and Mid-Bergen Regional Health Commission will hold a Flu Prevention Program on Thursday, October 15 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in an Outdoor Tent at the borough's Senior Center.
Participants from three to 64 years of age are welcome. There is a $15 fee for the vaccination. A quadrivalent vaccine is available.
Participants 65 years or over must bring a Medicare Party B number or pay a fee. HMO participants should go to their primary care physician.
The program is sponsored by the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Health and Mid-Bergen Regional Health Commission in conjunction with the Health Awareness Regional Program at Hackensack University Medical Center.
