PATERSON, NJ - Paterson Charter outscored Hasbrouck Heights 20-7 in the second quarter to take a 36-23 halftime lead en route to 58-40 win Tuesday evening in Paterson.  The loss was Hasbrouck Heights first in the league (9-2, 7-1) while Paterson Charter finishes the first half of the conference schedule undefeated in league play (11-2, 8-0).

The teams played a 16-16 first quarter tie before Paterson Charter opened up the lead.  

Sadiki Miller led Paterson Charter with 18 points, while Jahar Pierce added 14 and Caleb Ruffin had 12.

Kunga Tsering led the Aviators with 12 points, while Matteo Ochoa had eight and Steven Faussette chipped in seven in defeat.  Tsering was a force on the boards, being credited with 11 rebounds for Hasbrouck Heights.
