HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ – Up-and-coming country musician Madeline Smith will be the headline act at Tuesday evening’s Boulevard Stroll. It is the final concert of three presented by the Hasbrouck Heights Mayor and Town Council. Classic cars will also be on display. Residents are encouraged to come to the Boulevard, shop, eat, and stay for the free concert.
A New Jersey native, who calls Princeton her home, the 20-year old Smith has been singing professionally since she was a teenager. She has opened for some of country music’s top acts, including Lee Brice, Scotty McCreery, and Darius Rocker, and is considered a rising star. With three hit singles reaching the top 20 in the United Kingdom County Charts, she earned performances at the British Country Music Awards two years in a row.
The stage will be set up on the Boulevard at Jefferson Avenue facing Kipp Avenue. Concert-goers can set up their chairs as early as 5:30 to ensure they get a good seat at the performance. The concert starts at 8:00 p.m.
The Boulevard will be closed from Jefferson Avenue to Kipp Avenue.
