NJSIAA Track: Hasbrouck Heights' Stavash Wins Boys Pole Vault, Girls Finish Fifth

SOMERSET, NJ -  Hasbrouck Heights’ Adam Stavash cleared 14 feet, 6 inches, a personal best, to win the pole vault in the Group 1 State Championships on Saturday afternoon.  The Aviators boys team came in 20th position overall in the State Group 1 meet.

The girls, led by Kassie Ketcho’s performances in the shot put (second), discus (ninth) and javelin (first)  and Monika Lucic in the 100 Meter Hurdles (fourth) and 400 Meter Hurdles (second) came in fifth overall in the girl’s team competition.
