HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ -- Temperatures were in the mid-40's for the annual Hasbrouck Heights Holiday Parade on Friday night, sponsored by the Mayor's Committee on Celebrations and the Hasbrouck Heights Chamber of Commerce. The annual event features participants including first responders, school groups, community service organizations, marching bands, sports groups, Council members, Girl and Boy Scouts, and classic cars.

And of course, what Holiday Parade would be complete without a special visitor from the North Pole making an appearance.

The parade stepped off at 7 p.m. at Lawerence Ave and the Boulevard and ended at the circle with the lighting of the Christmas tree.

(Editor's Note: Do you have photos of your child(ren) or group in the parade that you want to share? Email us through the TAPinto Hasbrouck Heights site and we'll include it in the story.)
