WOOD-RIDGE, NJ -- A little rain and overcast skies couldn't dampen the spirits of students or the community for coming out for the annual Wood-Ridge Junior/Senior Prom Show Off event. Normally held on the school's front lawn, it was moved to the gym on Thursday afternoon.

The Junior/Senior Prom Show Off event offers an opportunity for friends, family and the community to gather with the students, take photos and share the experience. According to teacher Alexis De Coma, " It really brings the town together."

This year a record 230 students attended the Wood-Ridge prom. The theme was Vintage Hollywood and celebrated at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
