BRANT BEACH - Jetty's Tenth Annual Coquina Jam, which is presented by Hackensack Meridian Health - Southern Ocean Medical Center will be held at 68 Street beach in the Brant Beach section of Long Beach Township, NJ on Sunday, July 29 at 9 a.m.
The focus of the Coquina Jam is to raise money for one or more females battling a cancer diagnosis through the fun, yet competitive female surf competition.
Coquina event tees and tanks, beverages, clams on the ½ (donated by Parker's Garage & Oyster Saloon), slices of pizza (donated by Speakeasy Pizzeria & Panzone's Pizza) and much more will be for sale to raise money for the female cancer patients in need.
Ladies of all ages will be competing. All the proceeds will benefit David's Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation who, in turn, will donate all funds raised to local female cancer survivors in need!
CONTEST STRUCTURE & TEAM SELECTION
The first 48 surfers to pay will be entered into a pool. The pool will be divided into two groups using the median age. Teams of two (one female from each age group) will be selected at random. The Coquina Jam bracket will be posted thereafter on jettylife.com and on our social media outlets.
