TRENTON, NJ - Governor Phil Murphy released the latest COVID-19 figures from around the state on Thursday. 

In New Jersey, there were 617 new cases reported, with three new deaths. Statewide, there are 198,361 positive cases and 14,266 deaths, and 1,791 probable COVID-19 fatalities.

According to Murphy, Bergen County has 22,087 positive cases, and followed by Essex (20,749), Hudson (20,437), Middlesex (18,971), Passaic (18,749) with 324 under investigation.  Fatalities in Bergen County stands at 1,800.

As of 10 p.m. Wedensday, there were 431 people hospitalized, 85 patients in ICU and 40 on ventilators.
