WAYNE, NJ –Wayne Surgical Center on Hamburg Turnpike was named by Newsweek as one of the “Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers in America.”

More and more, people in need of surgery are moving away from hospital settings and choosing surgical centers, especially with coronavirus fears. They allow for greater flexibility of scheduling and can be more convenient.

According to the Newsweek article, their ranking was based on experts and survey participants who took into account: quality of care, performance data and peer recommendations.  They also reviewed how well different centers were responding to the pandemic.
