WOOD-RIDGE, NJ -- The Wood-Ridge Child Study Team will host a presentation about PARCC for parents who have a child(ren) with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Education Plan. It is scheduled for Thursday, February 1, at 7:00 p.m. in the Wood-Ridge High School Auditorium. 

The presentation will focus on the different accommodations available for the PARCC, and how to help a child prepare. PARCC, short for Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers, assessments cover two courses – English language arts/literacy and mathematics – for students between third and 11th grades. These exams are intended to be used as indicators of student educational needs and progress.
