HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - All Abilities Live is teaming up to present the Haydenfilms Jam Sessions for Good. The streaming event will be held on Monday, May 11, and will both entertain quarantined music fans while also benefiting two non-profit organizations based in New Jersey.

Juan Castro, Founder of All Abilities Live, is also passionate about the idea of supporting these organizations through the power of music.

“Being within the mental health field for nearly 20 years and having a multimedia company, we wanted to utilize our platforms,” he said. “We wanted to highlight the current impact COVID-19 has had within the mental health and special needs

"We’re honored to work alongside Haydenfilms Institute," said Castro. "We felt Haydenfilms is the best partner due to their long history supporting initiatives such as this.”

“We wanted to raise awareness regarding the importance of staying home and remaining quarantined in an effort to flatten the curve of the coronavirus infection,” said HFI President and Founder, Hayden Craddolph. “We also wanted to entertain people and bring some attention to important organizations.”

Oasis – A Haven for Women and Children and Autism New Jersey will both benefit directly in funds and awareness spread thanks to this Jam Session for Good.

“The very day that the Paterson Public School District shut its doors, Oasis became a food distribution site to meet the emergency needs of the poor,” says Executive Director Jennifer Brady. “We are now serving more than 1,000 hot meals and distributing more than 100 emergency food bags every day. We will keep doing this as long as we can.”

The show will feature musicians performing from home including Jess Novak (Syracuse, NY), Jocelyn & Chris (Fort Plain, NY), Center City Drive (Kutztown, PA), LG Izz (Allentown, PA), and Derick Knox (Drexel Hill, PA).

The show will air on May 11th at 8 p.m. EST on Allabilitieslive.com and will be available after the live stream for viewers to watch at any chosen time. Donations will be accepted online directly via https://oasisnj.org/donate and https://www.autismnj.org/donate/
