HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ -  Edie’s Dance Factory is holding its annual Christmas variety show, Have a Holly, Jolly Christmas, on Saturday, December 14 in Kiefer Auditorium at Hasbrouck Heights High School. Proceeds will go to benefit Mickey’s Kids Foundation.

Doors will open at 10am. Children will have a snack with Santa, and parents can take photos of their children with Santa.

“Our goal is to raise funds for Mickey's Kids to help get service/hospital facility dogs in our area and to entertain our audience and put everyone in the holiday spirit,” said Edie Ollwerther, director.

The variety show will run from 11:30am to 1:30pm. The show will feature performers from three years to 80+.  Dancers will present their version of March of the Toy Soldiers, Dancing Penguins, Rag Dolls, Snowmen and other holiday themed performances. Guest dancers from Hawkins Street School in Newark will also perform, and Christmas songs sung by Giuliana Riccobono and Erin Bischoff.

Tom Meli, the founder of Mickey's Kids and his wife Michelle will be on hand along with Liberty and Axel. Established in 2007, the mission of the non-profit is to raise money for service dogs for children and adults with disabilities or other special needs.

Tickets are $20, for both snack with Santa and the show, and available online through 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 12.  Tickets can be purchased at the door for $24.

Located in Wood-Ridge, Edie’s Dance Factory offers a range of classes, open to boys and girls from three through 18. Classes include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Hip Hop.
