WOOD-RIDGE, NJ - The long-range shooting, ball-handling skills and aggressive play during Wood-Ridge's three wins during the North 1, Group 1 playoffs has earned Liam Winslow the TAPinto Hasbrouck Heights/Wood-Ridge/Teterboro Athlete of the Week for the Week ending February 2,

Winslow opened the week with a 17-point performance, including a pair of three-pointers, in the Blue Devils 59-49 win over Saddle Brook. He followed that game up with another 17-point performance, which included four three-pointers, three early in the game, to lead Wood-Ridge over Emerson, 66-55.

Winslow scored 12, including two more three pointers, in the Blue Devils upset win over top-seeded Bogota on Saturday, 61-47.

Winslow is averaging 8.6 points per game as the Blue Devils travel to Paterson Charter Tuesday night in the North 1, Group 1 championship game.
