HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ -  Houlihan's Restuarant announced it will be closing its Hasbrouck Heights location "effective today," according to a post on its Facebook page on Sunday.

The post noted it "is never a good time to close a restaurant," and pointed to "the wind down of the bankruptcy estate." The post also indicated the company was trying to assist employees by placing them in other locations.

Other Houlihan's are located in Paramus, Ramsey, Secaucus, Fairfield, and Bayonne, according to its corporate website.
