TRENTON, NJ - Even though there was no daily briefing, Governor Phil Murphy released the latest COVID-19 figures from around the state on Saturday. 

In New Jersey, there were 547 new cases reported, with 16 new deaths. Statewide, there are 178,858 positive cases and 13,856 deaths, and 1,920 probable COVID-19 deaths. 

According to Murphy, Bergen County has 20,192 positive cases, and followed by Hudson (19,329), Essex (19,263), Middlesex (17,514), and Passaic (17,274) with 680 under investigation.

As of 10 p.m. Friday, Murphy noted there were 831 patients in the hospital being treated for COVID-19. There are 143 patients were in ICU or critical care, and 56 patients on ventilators, according to the governor.
