TRENTON, NJ - Governor Phil Murphy did not hold a press conference on Sunday but did release the newest number of positive cases of COVID-19 and deaths from around the state. 

In New Jersey, there were 349 new cases with 16 new deaths. Statewide, there are 175,298 positive cases and 13,594 deaths, and 1,947 probable COVID deaths.

According to Murphy, Bergen County has 19,871 positive cases, and followed by Hudson (19,121), Essex (19,008), Passaic (17,064), and Middlesex (17,064), with 665 under investigation.  Deaths in Bergen County remain unchanged at 1,756, according to Governor Murphy.

As of 10 p.m. Saturday, Murphy noted there were 890 patients in the hospital being treated for COVID-19, with 163 patients were in ICU or critical care, and 86 patients on ventilators. There were 98 live patients discharges from the hospital.
