HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - Three newcomers will challenge two incumbents for the three seats up for election on the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education in November.
Newcomers Lori Cintron, Lisa Krommenhoek, and Michelle Maccaquano will attempt to unseat incumbents Patricia Caruso and Robert Faussette in the November 5 election. Current Board member Joseph Rinke is running for the Unexpired two year term. That seat was recently filled by Kevin Mullins, whose term will end on December 31. He was appointed by the Board when Lauren Terranova resigned the position in June.
Monday was the deadline for candidates to file an application to run for their local Board of Education. The information is published by the Bergen County Clerk's Office. The list is unofficial and subject to change.
