HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - Members of the Hasbrouck Heights Music Association used their table at the 2019 Town Day to collect non-perishable food items for the Hasbrouck Heights Food Pantry. The drive is the group's first community outreach project of the new school year.

At the end of Saturday, the group had collected enough food items to fill the cargo area of a mini van. Donations included breakfast cereal, pasta, canned fruits and vegetables, dried beans, dressing and condiments, peanut butter and jelly, juices, mac and cheese, oatmeal/cream of wheat, cookies, crackers, and snacks.

Eight music students brought the donations over to the food pantry on Monday after school.
