HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - Boy Scout and Cub Scout Pack 17 of Hasbrouck Heights will hold a food drive on Sunday, May 3 to aid the Hasbrouck Heights Food Pantry during the coronavirus health crisis.
The Scouts normally hold two "Scouting for Food" campaigns during the year, one in late fall and one in the spring. This food drive is to provide additional assistance to the Hasbrouck Heights Food Pantry during the health crisis.
Some of the items needed include macaroni and cheese, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, canned goods, pasta sauce and personal care items.
Donation can be dropped off in the contact-free bins at 16 Passaic Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights. Drop off will be Sunday, May 3 from 9am to 3pm.
Monetary donation will also be accepted to purchase gift cards to local grocery stores. Donations can be made through Venmo (@HasbrouckHeights-Troop)
