HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - Mayor Jack DeLorenzo, Councilwoman Josephine Ciocia and Councilman Ron Kistner were sworn into office for their new terms at the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights Council meeting held Thursday evening at Borough Hall.

DeLorenzo was sworn in by the Honorable Doug Steinhardt, Esq., Chair of the New Jersey State Republican Party. Ciocia was sworn in by Borough Clerk Laurie Varga.  Varga noted that Ciocia was the first person she had the privilege of swearing in.  Ciocia joked that "it would be her (Ciocia's) last time being sworn in. That is for the record."

Kistner, who is the Borough Administrator of Allendale, was sworn in by Allendale Mayor Ari Bernstein.
