WOOD-RIDGE, NJ -- The Wood-Ridge Land Use Board held a special meeting on Wednesday at 5 p.m. to adopt three resolutions which it had approved at its meeting earlier in July.

Resolution 2019-15AR was approved for borough resident Rocco Pasquinucci. He had requested a minor subdivision along with a side yard variance.

Resolution 2019-16AR was approved for 370 Route 17 Realty LLC to build a car detailing building on a non-conforming lot on the Route 17 North property.

Resolution 2019-17AR addressed the final phase of construction at Wesmont Station by Wood-Ridge Development LLC (Wesmont Station Redevelopment.) This presentation had taken a lengthy portion of the July 2 meeting. The 14-page resolution outlined the conditions posed by the Board, including buffers, shrubbery, trees, fencing, walkways, and lighting, among other stipulations. (TAPinto will do a more throughout article outlining the specifics in a future article.)

There was no new business to bring before the Board. The next meeting will be in September.
