HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - If you build it, they will come.

Children are invited to show off their architectural talents and create something special at the annual Lego Challenge building event at the Hasbrouck Heights Public Library on Friday, November 8 at 7 p.m. This is the 30th annual Lego night hosted by the library. There will be live entertainment and refreshments.

Professional architects and local celebrities will judge the structures, said Mimi Hui, Library Director. She also noted that last year there were over 100 people in attendance.

All building must be done on-site. No instructions or kits are allowed.  Participants should bring their own bricks. For complete rules, visit the Children’s Desk or the library website. Parents can pre-register their child at the library.

“It is our 30th annual Lego Challenge,” said Hui. "It's going to be very exciting.”
