Dear Hasbrouck Heights Residents,
Earlier today I met with Chief Colaneri and the Emergency Management Council. The Borough is taking proactive measures in order to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Be assured that every precaution is being taken to protect our residents.
The borough schools will be closed as of dismissal on Friday, March 13th. The Hasbrouck Heights Library will be closed effective Friday, March 13th, at 5:00 p.m., until further notice.
All recreation programs and the Easter Egg Hunt are canceled.
Although Borough Hall will be closed to the general public, the Borough Employees will continue to provide services to residents. Departments can be contacted at the phone numbers listed below or by sending an email through the "Contact Us" tab on the Borough Website. If assistance cannot be rendered via email or by phone, an appointment can be made with the appropriate department.

The Police Department is prepared to handle any necessary emergencies as well as their normal duties.
Our Fire Department and E.M.S. will implement contingency plans should the need arise.
We are monitoring the situation closely, and we will be updating our plans and keeping the residents informed via the Borough Website, Electronic Sign Outside of Borough Hall and Reverse 911 calls.
