UPDATE 6:20am: As of Friday morning, all westbound lanes of Route 46 West remain closed due to  ongoing construction to repair a water main break from Thursday afternoon. Seek alternate travels routes and avoid the area.


UPDATE: A fire hydrant was struck by a motorist, according to Suez Water NJ. Crews are on the scene working to replace the hydrant.

TETERBORO, NJ  -- According to the New Jersey DOT, all westbound lanes of Route 46 are closed and detoured near Hollister Road in Teterboro for emergency construction on Thursday afternoon. Follow the posted detour or plan an alternate route.
