HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - A Rutherford man was arrested outside a Hasbrouck Heights health club early Monday morning for possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS.)

According to Detective Sergeant Jeffrey Werner of the Hasbrouck Heights Police Department, authorities were called to 24 Hour Fitness on Monday, November 11 at 6:07am. Responding officers Patrolman Nicholas Brunetti, Patrolman Anthony Rossillo, Detective Sergeant Alan Baker, and Werner responded to a call of a "suspicious person in a car."  The officers observed the man with marijuana. 

He was charged with possession of CDS and released.
