NORTH ARLINGTON, NJ - Samantha Eckert scored 11 of her game-high 17 points from the foul line as Wood-Ridge defeated North Arlington, 57-30, in NJIC Meadowlands Division girls basketball action on Tuesday afternoon.  The Lady Blue Devils improved to 6-2 overall on the season.

Wood-Ridge jumped out early on the Vikings, taking a 18-5 lead at the end of one quarter, and despite a small North Arlington rally, led by seven, 23-16 at the half.

The second half was all Wood-Ridge, as the Lady Blue Devils outscored North Arlington 18-7 in the third quarter, and 16-7 in the fourth for a 57-30 win.

Natalie Cala had 14 points while Amanda DiMase had 11 for Wood-Ridge.

Grace Ahlo led North Arlington with nine points.
